🎭 1. Hizmetin Niteliği ve Eğlence Amacı
Zart Zurt, kullanıcılarına eğlenceli çizgi animasyonlar, komik troll ses efektleri ve ses perdesi değiştirme özellikleri sunan bir mobil eğlence platformudur. Yalnızca iyi niyetli mizah amaçlıdır; tıbbi, profesyonel veya hayati bir amaç taşımaz.
👤 2. Kullanıcı Yaşı ve Hesap Gereksinimi Bulunmaması
Zart Zurt'u kullanmak için kayıt oluşturmanız, hesap açmanız veya kişisel bilgi girmeniz gerekmez. Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir; 13 yaş altındaki bireylerin ebeveyn gözetiminde kullanması tavsiye edilir.
📲 3. Cihaz Sensörleri ve Salla-Ses Değiştir Özelliği
Uygulama, "Salla & Ses Değiştir" modunda telefonunuzun yerleşik ivmeölçerini anlık ses tonu modülasyonu için kullanır.

Bu uygulama bir sağlık, fitness veya adım takip uygulaması DEĞİLDİR. İvmeölçer verileri yalnızca o anlık ses efekti tetiklemesi için işlenir. Hiçbir sensör verisi kaydedilmez veya harici sunuculara iletilmez.
🎨 4. Fikri Mülkiyet ve Lisans Hakları
Uygulama içerisindeki tüm çizgi animasyonlar, ses tasarımları, logolar ve yazılım kodları VB TECH LABS'e aittir ve fikri mülkiyet mevzuatıyla korunmaktadır. Kaynak kodun kopyalanması veya ses dosyalarının ticari dağıtımı yasaktır.

Güvenli Ödeme Altyapısı & Apple Guideline 3.1.2 Şeffaflığı
Uygulama içi satın alımlar doğrudan Apple App Store ve Google Play Billing altyapısı üzerinden tahsil edilir. VB TECH LABS sunucularında asla kredi kartı bilgisi tutulmaz. Aktif abonelik yetkileri RevenueCat ile doğrulanır.
👑 Zart Zurt PRO (1 Aylık Otomatik Yenilenen Abonelik):
Tüm kilitli (PRO rozetli) seslerin kilidini anında açar, reklam zorunluluğunu kaldırır, tüm banner/geçiş reklamlarını devre dışı bırakır ve karışık mod ile salla-ses sensörünün sınırsız kullanımını sağlar.
- Abonelik Modeli: Zart Zurt PRO, aylık olarak otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir (Entitlement:
Zart Zurt Pro).
- Ödeme: Satın alma işlemi onaylandığında ücret kullanıcının Apple Kimliği (Apple ID / iTunes Hesabı) veya Google Play Hesabı üzerinden tahsil edilir. Fiyatlar mağaza tarafından yerel para birimi cinsinden sunulur.
- Otomatik Yenileme (Auto-Renewal): Abonelik, mevcut abonelik süresinin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Yenileme Ücreti: Mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesaptan yenileme ücreti tahsil edilir.
- İptal (iOS): Cihazınızda Ayarlar → [Apple Kimliği] → Abonelikler → Zart Zurt → "Aboneliği İptal Et".
- İptal (Android): Google Play Store → Profil Simgesi → Ödemeler ve Abonelikler → Abonelikler → Zart Zurt → "Aboneliği İptal Et".
- Geri Yükleme (Restore Purchases): Cihaz değiştirdiğinizde "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" butonuyla aktif aboneliğinizi hemen geri alabilirsiniz.
- Apple Standart EULA: Uygulama, Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) koşullarına tabidir.
📢 6. Reklamlar ve Üçüncü Taraf Bağlantıları
Ücretsiz versiyonumuzda Google AdMob tarafından sunulan reklamlar gösterilebilir. Reklam tercihlerini cihazınızın Google ayarlarından yönetebilirsiniz.
⚠️ 7. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım ve Şaka Sorumluluğu
Kullanıcılar sesleri acil durum hissi yaratmak veya hastane, ibadethane, sınav salonu gibi ortamlarda rahatsızlık vermek amacıyla kullanmamalıdır. Ses seviyesi ve şakanın ortam uygunluğundan kullanıcı bizzat sorumludur.
🛡️ 8. Garanti Reddi ve Sorumluluk Sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. VB TECH LABS, uygulamanın her cihazda kesintisiz çalışacağına dair mutlak bir garanti vermez ve mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

VB TECH LABS bu koşulları güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler bu web adresinde yayınlandığı andan itibaren yürürlüğe girer.

👤 2. User Age and No Account Requirement
Zart Zurt does NOT require registration, account creation, or login credentials. The app is suitable for general audiences. Parental guidance is recommended for children under 13 when accessing in-app purchase options.
📲 3. Device Sensors & Shake-to-Pitch Detection
The App accesses your device's built-in accelerometer solely to detect shaking motion in real time to modulate audio pitch.
⚠️ Compliance Declaration for Google Play & App Store
This app is strictly for entertainment and is NOT a health, fitness, or pedometer app. Accelerometer data is evaluated strictly in real time on your local device. No sensor data is ever recorded, stored, tracked, or transmitted to any external server.
🎨 4. Intellectual Property Rights
All artwork, cartoon graphics, sound designs, brand elements, and software source code belong exclusively to VB TECH LABS and are protected under international copyright law. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or redistributing audio assets commercially is prohibited.
💳 5. In-App Subscriptions & Billing (Apple App Store, Google Play & RevenueCat)
Secure Payment Processing & Apple Guideline 3.1.2 Compliance
All in-app purchases are handled directly and securely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Billing. VB TECH LABS never collects or stores sensitive credit card details. Active subscription rights are validated via RevenueCat.
👑 Zart Zurt PRO (1-Month Auto-Renewable Subscription):
Instantly unlocks all locked PRO sound effects, eliminates mandatory video ads, disables all banners and interstitials, and provides unlimited access to shuffle and motion-sensor modes.
- Subscription Tier: Zart Zurt PRO is billed on a monthly auto-renewing basis (Entitlement:
Zart Zurt Pro).
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account or Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase. Prices are determined in your regional currency by the store.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation (iOS): On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → [Your Name / Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Zart Zurt → "Cancel Subscription".
- Cancellation (Android): Open Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zart Zurt → "Cancel subscription".
- Restore Purchases: Reinstalling or switching devices allows you to restore active purchases instantly via the "Restore Purchases" button.
- Apple Standard EULA: The App is licensed subject to Apple's official Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
📢 6. Advertisements (Google AdMob)
The free tier of the App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. You can adjust personalized advertising preferences in your device's Google Settings.
⚠️ 7. Acceptable Use & Prank Responsibility
Users must not use sound effects to cause panic, simulate emergency warnings, or disrupt quiet environments (hospitals, schools, worship spaces). Users are solely responsible for ensuring safe audio volume levels.
🛡️ 8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. VB TECH LABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
🔄 9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
